Throughout the treatment, we will be examining your beliefs and thoughts about yourself and the world and understanding how these thinking patterns may influence your feelings, behaviours and vice versa.

What is the therapy process?

All psychotherapy consultation sessions are conducted online:

  1. First session focuses on assessing your suitability for online therapy and understanding the problems that you are presenting with

  2. Second session focuses on building awareness of how these problems arise and collaboratively deciding on treatment goals

  3. The next six to eight sessions focus on learning and implementing strategies from the therapeutic space to your daily life (*Psychotherapy is an active process that requires your engagement and commitment for its benefits to take full effect)

What are the treatment fees?

$160 per session for online therapy
– $220 per session for face-to-face therapy at Farrer Park Medical Centre – Mind Care Clinic
